90 Degree Ball Check Valves
Patented space saving 90° ball check valves & COMBI isolating check valves, fully open at 0.7 m/s to extend pump system longevity, delivering exceptional solids handling performance & overall system cost savings Available from 1-1/4” NPT to 12” ANSI flanged ends, 230 PSI rated ductile iron body with fusion bonded epoxy coating, nitrile coated ball & maintenance friendly corner bonnet design.
Mud Valves
NSF/ANSI 61 & 372 approved, available in cast iron and stainless steel to 24” with resilient or metal seating, corrosion resistant robust construction with industry-leading wear thresholds, third party tested to over 15,000 cycles and 625 ft/lbs of stem torque.
Hydrostatic Pressure Relief Valves
4” & 6” in two models, floor type and wall type. Designed to alleviate hydrostatic pressures on tanks buried in the ground. The superior QuadroSeal gasket design eliminates metal to metal contact and ensures this valve will work when required with less than 9” of head pressure.
Telescoping Valves
Custom fabricated to control tank level by syphoning from the surface level. Available in a broad range of sizes and configurations, baffled, flared, funnel or v-notch with slip tubes in stainless steel or thermoplastics. Utilizing a fast and convenient field replaceable dovetailed Buna-N seal assembly.
Chainwheels
Cast iron, stainless steel & aluminum models from 4” to 30” with pocket-type or sprocket-type design permitting either single loop cut chain or machine chain operation. Designed for handwheel connections or direct valve stem mounting with available safety restraint system.
Floor Stands
Available in ductile iron and stainless steel from 30” to 36” standard, with position verification options. Robust design and customizable to adapt to a variety of valves with up to 784 turns using manual operators, or mounting pads for automated actuation.
Floor Boxes
Allow safe in-floor installation of typical 2” operating nuts for valves located in hard to reach areas. Available in ductile iron and stainless steel with NSF approved bushings, optional fully sealed water-tight version with or without valve position indication.
Custom Stem Extensions
With the elimination of confined space entry in mind, Pro-Line is pleased to provide the most versatile and capable stem extension configurations possible. Heavy-duty components include adjustable stem guides, wall brackets, miter gears, top nuts, bottom couplings, hand wheels, and universal joints that can safely connect a valve to an operator just about anywhere.
Valve Position Indicators
Provides visual verification of valve position with multi-turn valves. Heavy-duty, corrosion resistant Delrin construction with double o-ring seal ensures a lifetime of problem free operation. Field adjustable to accommodate any number of turns, and 3rd party tested to over one million revolutions.

The Type 546 Pro is the flagship valve of Georg Fischer Piping Systems and offers a broad range of material and accessory options to suit most industrial ball valve applications. The Type 546 Pro utilizes standard industrial thermoplastic ball valve features such as design stem break point and a reverse threaded seat carrier while incorporating new features such as a trackable laser engraved data matrix and a unique lockable handle design.
582/586 Pressure Regulating Valves
Available With Pro-Flare™ Ends
The Type 586 is the best performing and most intuitive plastic relief/back pressure valve on the market today. Commonly installed downstream of a dosing pump, the 586 incorporates a threaded bonnet design, eliminating potential leaks inherent in a bolted bonnet. Once more, the valve utilises a modular cartridge to allow for quick and simple servicing. The 586 face-to-face dimensions and union nut design are identical to the original union PRV with an orange top, making direct replacement a breeze.
5-Series Diaphragm Valve

True union zero-static valve with the best flow capacity of any other thermoplastic diaphragm valve on the market (Cv). Exclusive modular threaded bonnet design eliminates thermal expansion leakage common in bolted bonnet valves, and allows for ease of maintenance, and the addition of electric and pneumatic actuation packages.
586/7 Butterfly Valve Wafer & Lug Style
The world’s only double offset high-performance butterfly valve made of plastic. This butterfly valve design combines the corrosion resistance of plastics with the superior flow characteristics and reliability of a metal high performance butterfly valve. With its unique sealing design, the 586 uses 50% less torque than a traditional resilient seated butterfly valve, and prevents costly actuator burn out.
Hybrid Valve – Pulsation Dampener & Back Pressure Valve
The patented Hybrid Valve from Blacoh combines the steady flow control of a pulsation dampener and the regulation of a back-pressure valve to deliver the performance and functionality of both. The valve eliminates potential leak paths in a dosing system, improves the efficiency and overall cost of a system.

dEA Smart Electric Actuator
The Smart Electric Actuators Type dEA offers several beneficial features that improve an owner’s ability to control and understand the current state of their actuators. The dEA line-up offers a 7-segment error display, integrated heater and manual override a revolutionary 360-degree light bar, wireless communication, and local control. The dEA can be controlled and setup via Direct Wifi through the GF Actuator app on a tablet or phone. Through the app, users can also view historical/current toque signatures, current draw and cycle counts with the ability to set up alerts for any of these measurable quantities.
PA Series Pneumatic Actuator
The PA11 and PA21 pneumatic rack and pinion actuators include options for fail-safe to close, fail-safe to open and double acting functionalities. The glass-filled polypropylene outer housing combines strength to handle torque loading and corrosion resistance for harsh environments, such as humid chlorine rooms. The actuator end caps are threaded over the actuator housing to create a pressure tight seal and secure any spring packs, eliminating the hazardous failures common in metal retainer clip designs.
2580 FlowtraMag® Meter
The GF Signet 2580 FlowtraMag Meter is a full-bore plastic in-line style magnetic flow meter. The PVC body with titanium electrodes has no moving parts and is two to three times lighter in weight compared to traditional metal magmeters on the market. It is designed for high accuracy flow measurement in short pipe runs. Users can configure and calibrate the 2580 using the GF Configuration Tool Bluetooth® App.
