The move is a significant milestone in our company’s growth trajectory and one driven by our commitment to providing unparalleled service to our valued customers. Over the past few years, we have outgrown our previous location and finally decided it was time to move into a bigger space to accommodate our expanding operations.

Our new facility features multiple loading/unloading zones, larger office, and warehouse spaces, upgraded amenities, and improved accessibility, aligning perfectly with our vision for growth and efficiency.
This move symbolizes our unwavering dedication to advancing both customer service and operational excellence, ensuring a brighter future for our company and those we serve.
Our Move Has Been an On-Going Process
We took the first step towards moving to a bigger facility in 2022 when we purchased the property, with plans initially set for relocation in 2023. There were a lot of upgrades needed, but we were excited to get to work.

However, we pushed the move to 2024 after two team members attained their Green Belt for Lean Six Sigma, with new plans to enhance the efficiency of our new manufacturing plant, warehouse, and yard layout.
After a couple of years of design and layout changes, work was completed, and the facility was ready for our staff.
The migration began on March 1st, as our entire team worked for 2 weeks to pack up everything from the office, manufacturing plant, warehouse, and yard from our old location.
Then, from March 14th to the 18th, we executed the monumental task of moving over 50 truckloads of items to 19402 54 Avenue Surrey, BC. Despite the complexities of relocation, Pro-Line demonstrated exceptional agility by experiencing only a single day of downtime for shipping on March 15th.
It was an exhausting yet rewarding effort and one that ushers in a new era for Pro-Line Fittings West.
